Radar is an assistance tool for YouTube content creators. The service monitors public YouTube channels selected by the user, detects new videos, and generates suggested scripts using artificial intelligence. Radar does not guarantee specific growth results or success on the platform.

2. Registration and account

To use Radar you need to create an account with truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Radar only for legal purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to infringe third-party rights, distribute illegal content, attempt unauthorized access to other systems, or any activity that could harm the operation of the service.

4. Intellectual property

Scripts generated by Radar are suggestions created by artificial intelligence and may be freely used by the user to create their own content. However, Radar and all its software, design, branding, and original content are the property of Radar and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Plans and payments

Radar offers different subscription plans with specific features. Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Payments are recurring according to your plan's billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of the already paid period.

6. Limitation of liability

Radar is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet all your expectations. To the extent permitted by law, Radar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Modifications to service and terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service after changes implies your acceptance.

8. Termination

We may suspend or cancel your account if you breach these terms or if your use of the service negatively affects other users or the operation of Radar. You can also close your account at any time from your profile settings.
